I am wondering if this is a 911th ARS mission for BACKY21. I have not been able to confirm if the 911th ARS is still a GSU of the 305th Operations Group and that these missions today and yesterday are part of the reason why they are doing shared missions.

Does anyone know they difference in mission between LUCKY and BACKY at Seymour Johnson?

I am down the shore and just back inside. Approx 1400 hrs COSMIC01 & 02 RTB on 261.000. Additionally, the Coast Guard is up and talking with Huntress 228.900

I wasn't home but on tape hear CAP-735 working with Cosmic on intercepts.
CAP-735/N399CV knocking it off at around 1310 local also CAP-735 was A/A 134.100 with Cosmic.
1317 local CAP-735 chatting with partner was going to switch to 126.200 and currently with Dover apch 132.425.
1325 Cosmic says they are gonna rtb Atlantic City.

First post here but I've been reading the forum for a while. C-130J OTIS26 doing what looked like jump training. Saw it fly over a couple times with the back door open. Got a few photos of it and I did see parachuters. Will get the photos when I get the chance.

I would have to assume it's a VC-25 acting as Air Force One from Paris, but VC-25 isn't landing at KILG anymore is it? Unless there are "other steps" in that line that are not specified.

If he gets underway early enough this evening and takes a good flight path I may get an early evening pass. I was diagnosed with COVID yesterday and this would at least provide some meager entertainment

There will also be the C32s over there so they could bring one of those back direct to ILG, with the VC25 as SAM46. What no one has mentioned yet is how Dr Jill is getting over to France, she is not on the guidance to depart, but is for the return.

Possible different squadrons.. One may be the full time guys and the other a Reserve unit.
I can't keep up with the Dover C-5m squadrons.. 9thAS or 709AS? Usually on the weekends is best to find Reserve callsigns.

Not weird at all, first most CAP (Civil Air Patrol) do not have UHF radios in the planes, secondly training is often on VHF.

Heard PALO-46 says will be operating up there at FL-210-230 but told to sw to
ZBW 133.450.. That freq is not on the Live ATC net list Is that a new one?
Gander handing off aircraft for mode checks on HF 5616/8891. They are splitting them up on HF every other aircraft
gets different primary.. 5616 or 8891.
AF-1 and backup on the way #92-9000 and 82-8000..Been a while since both heavies worked together overseas.
