1137L- C-5 RODD 99 showing out of Westover, heading towards the Hudson River.
1146L- Looks like RODD 99 is not for the NYC flyover. He's way too high and past the Hudson now.

NOTAMs today include a Letter To Airmen from ZNY New York Center:
"Letter to Airmen No. LTA-KZNY-24-01

Subject: Air to Ground Radio Communication Frequencies

Cancellation: 2607110359 UTC

The information provided within this Letter to Airmen, (LTA) assists pilots to select correct VHF/UHF frequencies for Pilot/Controller radio communications when operating under instrument flight rules, (IFR) within New York Center RADAR controlled airspace, (KZNY).

The correct radio frequency will normally be transmitted to pilots operating under IFR upon entering KZNY. In the event a pilot does not receive such information, the pilot should attempt to contact KZNY on the frequency associated with the position and altitude described on the attachments to this LTA. The altitude delineation between KZNY high and low altitude sectors is FL180, except where noted."

Are the charts so buggy they really needed a NOTAM?
Thanks

Copy Ron's post from offshore... slow speeds seem like drones of some type?
Seems like they popped up out of the water... Ship launched or FAA Atlantic City test center?
FAATEST-1 (ADFBDA) and FAATEST-2 (ADFBDB)
SCORE-92 E-2B not too far away.

FAA N47 and N95 were both involved as well. The hex codes come back to related drone activuty from a few years ago. My guess is FAA is testing either radar or ADS-B related equipment.
