On this lovely Sunday afternoon here in Europe there was a real world scramble in French airspace ....

Two French Air Force Rafales intercepted an Algerian airliner from Moscow enroute to Algiers as AH3701
near Paris. The B737-800 with registration 7T-VJJ was flying at fl. 370. This was only the third time in the last
five years that I monitored an ALPHA scramble in real time ...... will try to make a recording available ;)

Unannounced from VP office, but....

VP headed to Raleigh NC Wednesday for rally, there is another big rally in Raleigh at same venue Nov 4th we thought was her, but now I'm not sure who it is.

Saw odd aircraft go by my window at low speed and seemed on apch to KILG but nothing
on ADSB but after a few minutes self id as BOUNCER-1 to KILG 126.000 assume US Coast Guard chopper.
Didn't sound like a chopper though.. Monday is CAP till 1115am local.
this one perhaps ?

AF1 departs DANG at 12:10pm. FYI due to an issue with White House information it has not been going out to everyone signed up.

For 12:10 Factbase is showing: "The President departs Wilmington, Delaware en route to Fort Lesley J. McNair"

Did you get an update that it's fixed wing vs helicopters?
