Great to see progress being made for upgrading of any communications system.

This takes me back to the days I was building cellular sites and doing this
almaost every day. Sure put out a number of those equipment shelters.

Looks like they cut corners on the foundation for the shelter. Put in just
a chain wall slab for the support of the shelter. In most cases we just
would pour a complete slab the size of the building. This shows a
novel approach and would depend on the soil conditions at the site.

I also noticed some photos of the DEMA construction. Interesting to see the way it was before my time.
