Detroit Police car to car talkgroups appear to be using encryption (for the most part).
These are the 22221 - 22234 talkgroups.

I don't listen much so not sure if this is new, but thankfully DPD dispatch was still in the clear.

I think some work/changes are taking place on Macomb's simulcast system. The signal levels were fluctuating up and down last night, and voice decode quality was poor. Late this morning voice quality improved drasically, now it's suffering again.

Hitting of the Conference of Eastern Wayne Towers this morning multiple times, running Pro96Com.

Anyone have an idea what theses are not showing anything in the database

From my DSD+ event log:

11720- Encrypted
Wayne County federal radio ID's
11718, 11719, and 11720 all have radio IDs in the same range and since it's encrypted all we can do is look at the radio ID's and the groups they're tied to. Going by that, the same radio ID's are showing up for Wayne County Violent Gang Task Force , which is in the RR database
as talkgroup 12666 and 12667, both listed as also encrypted.

I only have one voice call logged for this group and it showed as a regular group call (clear).

I believe the "1082xxxx's" are state ID's and the 7021127 is a Detroit ID.

As far as the talkgroup name, I've no idea.
That's the hard part, and virtually impossible if they're encrypted.

Missaukee County law enforcement is now on MPSCS full time, on TG 5174. Dispatch RID is 9579993, and I've noted several mobile RIDs so far.

I have tg 22079 programmed into my Unication G5. The database id's the tg as EWC Statewide Roaming. For the past couple of days I have been hearing radio transmissions but the volume is very low & I have to hold the radio up to my ear to try & hear them. I want to say it sounds like a security company. I'm hearing it on the Detroit Simulcast site & there has been a RID of 9825597. A friend asked the radio tech for EWC & he wasn't even aware of the tg. Any thoughts.

I believe it is recent in the last couple months. I was programming them into a scanner but never really listened but they were not encrypted at that time.

I seem to have gotten my answer as they are identifying themselves hourly. It is the Wayne County Community College District Police Authority. She gave a call sign but I couldn't quite get it. I'll try for it later.

I've confirmed what I'm hearing on my radio is WCCCD Northwest Police Authority. WPMV833 is the call sign & it is in the Michigan database under Wayne County and it's a UHF freq. Found this also http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?fccCallsign=wpmv833
Why it comes up on 22079 confounds me.

This TG has been popping up lately. Might be new:
22818- Encrypted
Judging by the radio IDs appearing on DSD+ it is something to do with Canton. IDs are in the range of Canton Police radios.
