MPSCS Sites/Talkgroups 2019

They are being patched from 22245 over to 82WWMUT1, which is 22124. This is due to the city of Westland contracting with the city of Dearborn's 9-1-1 Dispatch Center to handle their calls. Starting shortly, Westland's radios will be reprogrammed to operate on the Dearborn talkgroups.

Some unknowns on the Grayling tower.
5443 - Otsego Lake Township Fire, Otsego County.
5429 - Kalkaska county RID's.. sounds like brush fire activity.
5179 - DNR Fire, sounds like Command to DNR aircraft. referred to as "Air"
4508 - DNR, forest management, discussing a controlled burn. wexford county RID's
1300 - DNR - aircraft and a roscommon unit (not fire).
5374 - Camp Grayling Tower and Range Control use it - radio checks. Keep referring to 139.3. Heard some traffic that sounded like the tower giving directions to an aircraft. Is this a patch of 139.3 mhz???

Genesee County has decided to encrypt all law enforcement communications on the MPSCS. The current cutover date is set for May 30, 2019 at 1500 hours. Please note that no Fire or EMS Agency will have 25SPO1 25SPO2 as they will be for Police operations only and strapped in full-time enrypted mode. This includes the following talkgroups:

Does anyone have a list of all the Counties in Michigan that have implemented full encryption?
It's my understanding they are going to be using AES Encryption.

I think ADP is more or less dead, at least in the public sector, due to DHS interoperability.
I believe AES encryption is now the default when interoperability is required.

Hey, do we know of any counties who run their emergency warning siren system through the MPSCS? I don't anyone on MPSCS does, but am I missing someone?

Subject: Genesee County Encryption Transition
It has been agreed by all parties that the transition date to encrypted channels of our 800 MHz radio system in Genesee County will be May 30, 2019 at 3 pm. We will transition over to our encrypted channels at that time on both portables and mobiles. Please push this out to both police, fire and EMS personnel.
Below is brief list of the channels that will be encrypted though this was decided long before my tenure.
Please speak up if you know something I do not.
All PD channels including North, South, Flint, Backup, Law 1,Law 2 as well as proprietary channels will be encrypted.
All Proprietary channels are scheduled to be encrypted.
Special Events 1-3 will be encrypted
Special Events 4-6 will NOT be encrypted
No Fire or EMS Agency will have 25SPO1 25SPO2 will be for PD only and encrypted

TG 2 (Yes, 2)-Midland RID 9563972 with a female voice saying "4, 10-14, 10-5 right around 3200 Cook Road at Northwood." This is the second time I've noted this TG, each with Midland RIDs.
Heard with HP-2E Discovery mode on the Mt. Pleasant tower.

Yeah TG 2 about all they say im out or heading to an address, quite active. All midland county.
What are you hearing on TG 11168? All I hear is encryption on TG 11168.
