What site were these talkGood amount of New Brunswick affiliations today and voice traffic logged on TG 4723. No encryption noted. I've also got their radios affiliating to 4589, 4725 and 4727, all RWJ MedCentral TGs and RU InterOp 1. RIDs in the 121399x range are probably dispatch consoles I would guess.
I went through the NB city council minutes back through 2015 and saw no references to the NJICS. I did find compelling evidence that it's only Fire migrating over. On 3/1/17 council authorized a purchase for the FD of 23 mobile and 63 portable radios from Motorola along with 5 Harris XG75s.
Meanwhile, the PD received authorization on 10/18/17 for funds to upgrade their Channel 2 to digital encryption and on 11/1/17 they authorized funding for a T1 line for their radio system.

I thought Hudson County was planning on a 700 TRS buildout.

I can confirm the Union County PD (4279) dispatched Winfield PD, units 603/604, to a reported gas leak in their town, around 1230am this morning (01/20). One radio ID was 2000453, if interested.
All brands of radios would be legitimate to use based on system standards, but it's wholly based on what REMU will allow.
Tait radios are just fine, as Montclair PD tested some of then before finally choosing the APX6000li.
