Nice work on using the TAFL database.
The 2 52x Bearcom frequencies are site 17 on the PushPlus system (Sys ID:201). They are in the ARC-XT PushPlus 201 file. I have not identified the system/site for the 46xMHz frequencies yet. The license says they are DMR TIII. They may be a stand alone system.
The two talk groups below are all that seem to be on 201-17 so nothing interesting to listen to there.
; 201-17 Airport NL: 1 4 6 11 12 weak signal
Con+, 201, 17, 1, 422.5500, 0.0, 0
Con+, 201, 17, 3, 423.6375, 0.0, 0
Con+, 201, 312188, 50, Normal, 183, 2025/10/05 19:08, "CYOW FUEL"
Con+, 201, 313703, 50, Normal, 435, 2025/10/05 19:09, "CYOW Shuttle"
I will do up a log of what I find and post it

.
The system I had in the unit was the following based on what I thought was the same system. Looks like we are looking at two separate systems at the airport.
CYOW Air Canada
Site 01 Parkade Roof
DMR One Frequency
460.700000 CC=8
Now both are ready to go and I will be in and around CYOW this morning.
I see 422.5625 CON with bars. I have it on hold from Custom Search. No voice yet, but there are bars.
No airport coms yet on that TG I heard. It wasn’t part of airport sound like a dumping site for unloading. I will see what tomorrow brings.
►422.5625 is repeater 2, slot 3 and 4 for site 201-12.
I went to the CYOW plane watching lot with my DSD+ full version and knowledge of how to use it last week.
I can confirm that:
Airport Authority System:
Neighbor is Site 1
461.4125 is Cap+ Site 2 DCC=2 This told me it is First Cap+ Repeater (Ch1 and Ch2)
463.0125 is Cap+ Site 2 DCC=2 This told me it is Second Cap+ Repeater (Ch3 and Ch4)
TG=51
This site on this system looks submit-able.
Neighbor is Site 2 - looks like it needs another frequency as it is one of the repeaters.
460.2125 is Cap+ Site 1 DCC=1
TG 51
Air Canada
Site 1
460.7000 is DMR BS DCC=8 - I need more details to confirm the rest of the frequencies for the system.
I will be going back this week or next to confirm the rest of this. I will also attach my raw data for those interested in looking at it in an up coming post.
I found this old post
So I am at the airport doing so analysis of the frequencies listed. I have been seeing and hearing activity on two of the four as follows.
461.4125 CC=2 slot 1 and 2 CAP
463.0125 CC=2 slot 1 and 2 CAP
I did a system analysis of all four programmed in using the mobile only and it says 1 frequency only.
This will give me enough to program several versions of the system to monitor on my next visit.
I'm only hearing digital on 460.7 that is licensed to Air Canada.

An FYI the Alert road parking lot is not plowed.
I will try and find more info, but I would like to know how to do this. I have been also picking up chatter on the Cap +.
I have programmed the freq. of the site
I heard some comm's from this system. I will listen tomorrow to see what the ID's are.

I have very little time but here is some info:
460.2125 is repeater 1, slot 1 and slot 2 Cap+ system
461.4125 is repeater 2, slot 3 and slot 4 Cap+
463.0125 is repeater 3, slot 5 and slot 6 Cap+
It is apparently at YOW per:
Ottawa International Airport Authority Trunking System, Ottawa, Ontario
I have it programmed into DSDplus as follows:
Cap+, 6015, 2, 1, 460.2125, 0.0, 0
Cap+, 6015, 2, 3, 461.4125, 0.0, 0
