I have been running Pro96Com on INDI07 for over 24 hours now and everything that is posted is correct. PennDot and PGC have been heavy users in this time frame.
Where are you located? I'm on the Washington County line and can take a ride to verify tower frequencies if you need me to.

I'm in Cambria, the site in question is WASH49. I can hear it hill topping but not at home. If you want to confirm it that's your call

It wouldn't surprise me that INDI07 would be wrong too, the same dyslexic that programmed WASH49 may well have mistyped 3225 as 3325 at both sites. Someone should watch the traffic channels at INDI07 and see.
Procom96 is showing 155.73 (a), 159.3325 (c) 159.1425 (voice and data) for WASH49

Are you saying the updated site info on 12/3 is correct?

Well isn't that interesting ? The DCNR repeater (WQLM930) is still on the air, but never used. I'm wondering if this is in anticipation of future expansion to StarNet ?

It isn't really a new grant, it was a renewal of an existing license.

As much as they complain about the new P25 radios, They either don't wanna or don't know how to use those conventional channels in their radios. They are kept as a backup, and as you noted rarely used. (y)

Just a note: Pymatuning State Park had the new radios in the Law Enforcement vehicles in Aug and they were only using the 151.445 repeater analog. They had to be using the new radios as there was nothing else in the vehicle that I could see. That being said the Starnet coverage there is horrible, but now I see a new Crawford Co site is coming as another poster mentioned.

District 4 was doing radio tests a while back. Usually, before the roll out in a given area, DCNR personnel can be heard doing radio tests using portables on the Global Tac channels. These same radios float around the state (same RIDS) in advance of the roll outs. They were recently heard testing in Districts 17 and 18.

If I had to guess, I would say District 4 is on the air now or will be soon. I'm not familiar with their daily operations, but it seems most of the state forest lands for that district are in the Laurel Highlands area. So, they would probably mostly affiliate with tower sites out that way. DCNR has clear talkgroups and encrypted talkgroups. They do not appear to use selectable encryption. If they want to go secure, they change to a secure channel, same as PGC.

Is the final date to change still 6/1/21?

There has been extensive radio testing from numerous points on Presque Isle State Park this morning. Using Global Command TAC channels over both Erie40 and Erie80. I assume this to be a precursor to DCNR switching over on the park. That should get some people up here all excited.
