OK. I should mention that I trusted the location to site/frequency information from the Wiki. Not sure if the neighbors alone provide sufficient confidence, or if we will need a strong signal report near each site to confirm, if the license is not site-specific.
I hear the NE Region PGC Dispatch all the time from the Shickshinny and both Columbia County sites.
Has anyone heard about any Montour County sites? Supposedly ECEN is making the switch to STARNet in July but there is a serious coverage issue in the Danville area. They had to do some OTAP updates and the Danville and Mahoning Twp units were told to drive closer to either the Catawissa or Millville sites to get better reception.

Could they be these same transmitter sites? I know there are 6 listed on this license and you listed 5.ECEN Simulcast subsites (as currently known, subject to changes)

There will be an ECEN site in the Danville area. Based on what you posted here, I would assume it is still offline along with the other simulcast sites. As you mentioned, summer 2021 is the target time for transition. So, the new sites will be coming online over the next couple of months, I would imagine. Until then, any radios in the field would need to be hitting the existing P25 state towers.

With those 5 tower sites, and info in the thread and wiki about possible sites, that should bring 150 "sites" and 164 transmitter sites to the P25 STARNet system (If CENT08 700 A/G does materialize).
