Where are MERC33 and MONY81 located? I can't seem to find anything for those sites.

Hermitage (MERC33) 41.23665, -80.4337 is licensed under a PC license, and so will not be found during a ULS search.

Gulph Mills (MONY81) 40.07283, -75.35805 is not yet on the air, reporting as "failed" and appears as a neighbor to 75, 80, and 83. @HM1529 is keeping a close eye on that site.

Site IDs 48, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 144, 150 are still undetermined. Although I'm not generally one to speculate, chances are fair that Site 48 might be assigned to the ECEN Simulcast cell, and the rest to the remaining 700 MHz AG sites.

On the air to ground side, the Berks and Bucks sites are offline today on the phase 1 system. I would imagine they'll reappear soon on the phase 2 network.

I got the following hits today during the wind storm on the Allegheny Simulcast site.

"Greensburg DCC from 2048" on TG 40089, currently labeled Jefferson. He called multiple times, got no response.

"Fairmont DCC to all New Castle Line personnel, Fairmont DCC to all New Castle Line personnel ... substation Whiskey 15630(?) ...." on TG 40012.

Silent Key-ups on TG 40086.

"Scotia line AK46 is going live from East Dale to Port Matilda" on TG 40094.

I got the following hits today during the wind storm on the Allegheny Simulcast site.

"Greensburg DCC from 2048" on TG 40089, currently labeled Jefferson. He called multiple times, got no response.

It's possible he was on the wrong channel. Greensburg and Jefferson are both West Penn Power facilities. On the Met-Ed side, I have noted some users calling the Reading DCC on their home channel with no answer, as well.

"Fairmont DCC to all New Castle Line personnel, Fairmont DCC to all New Castle Line personnel ... substation Whiskey 15630(?) ...." on TG 40012.

Hopefully you can get some more comms here to confirm this is the New Castle Line channel. The "New Castle Service Center" is a Penn Power facility. Fairmont is the "TCC", or Transmission Control Center, location for the eastern side of FirstEnergy's empire. This differs from the DCC sites which are Distribution Control Centers.

Maybe West Penn Power State College Service Center (or line crew)? Those are Centre County locations.

Actually, the PA Attorney General plane is currently up flying around Southwestern PA, and I lost that TG (30211) when the aircraft got above WEST30 and out of range of ALLE*. Would the DEA use a PA DA aircraft?
