Do you happen to know where I can find the frequencies for the ECEN simulcast? I've tried the FCC database and can't seem to find anything.
Site 48's frequencies will be covered under a market based PC license (Maritel), so you won't find the specific frequencies listed in the ULS. You'll have to find them by searching once the cell is built out and on the air. Won't be difficult, it's a very small block of frequencies.

So am I reading the filings properly? Luzerne County is the assignee for certain marine RT frequency pairs to use in their new P25 system? What will the hunters do (the ones who use marine radios in the woods?)

Nothing new, the PC licenses (161.7875-162.0375 out/157.1875-157.4375 in) have been used in a few states for both trunking and conventional purposes. There are a number of counties in PA and NY using them, including a few sites of the STARNet ASTRO 25 system.

Yea, never heard of that - but again, probably could not license them in my area in Maryland - too much water (and VHF is pretty much being replaced by 700/800 here.)

I just noticed the air to ground 700 system has been deleted. Can I ask why? The Venango site in Rocky grove is still only showing as the air to ground system and no neighbors. And the Seneca site is not showing Rocky grove as a neighbor.

The system was not deleted, it's right here: Pennsylvania Statewide 700MHz P25 Air-Ground Trunking System, Various, Pennsylvania - Scanner Frequencies

What SysID/WACN is the Rocky Grove site broadcasting? It was reported as being Site 145 of the ASTRO 25 system, no longer part of the Harris system.

Unitrunker is showing SysID 001 and WACN 00001 NAC 01B RFSS 209 and callsign BVQ? and no peers.

Seneca is still showing neighbors 05,06,08,10,23,67 and 92.

Also the page is no longer showing at the bottom of either PA or Venango DB pages.

The Harris Air-Ground system was not a true statewide system, so it was never supposed to appear at the bottom of the PA statewide page; that was corrected quite a while ago and it hasn't appeared there since. It's no longer showing on the Venango County page because the Rocky Grove site was removed from that system based on reports that it had migrated to the ASTRO 25 system. I'm sure the PA admins will see your post and follow up on it (I sent one of them a message as well).

So far, none of the Air-Ground sites on the ASTRO 25 system are showing up as neighbors to any of the regular sites, so that's not unusual. They are only reporting themselves as neighbors.

The weird part is Rocky Grove has never shown any neighbors in the time I've seen it on air.

I don't recall if the AG sites on the Harris system ever showed each other as neighbors. As they have migrated them to the new STARNet system, they are showing only each other as neighbors. None of them are showing any of the non-AG sites as neighbors, and since peers are reciprocal with the ASTRO 25 system, the non-AG sites aren't showing the AG sites as neighbors either. Seems that they want to keep the two segregated, even though they are part of the same system now. Well, except that it seems Rocky Grove still hasn't been migrated over to the new system.

The Harris Phase 1 sites never reported any neighbors.

The VENA08 site was showing up as an online neighbor to the POTT12 site a just over a week ago. Prior to that, it had been identified as an offline neighbor to the WEST03 air-ground site in early May. But, it seems you are saying the phase 1 site is still on the air today at VENA08? I doubt it will stay that way for long. Is anyone able to check WEST03, BLAI02, POTT12 for neighbors to see what they are showing this week? I would say the changeover is likely imminent at this point.

I just heard a line announcement on TG40113 with no radio ID off of ALLE*. Is that unusual to not show a radio ID? Warfordsburg to McConnellsburg, so I'd guess a McConnellsburg line crew channel?

Then, I keep getting an open mic sound on 40091 also on ALLE*, RID 4201064

No RID displaying usually means one of two things: a) the initial channel grant with the RID was missed by the receiver/software or b) the source of the transmission is a patch that doesn't have the RID encoded

You didn't mention what hardware/software you're using, but those are the two primary reasons.

I am just looking on the screen of my SDS100. I have not setup DSD+ yet.

I can tell you that my BCD436 often fails to display RIDS or keeps the same RID on the screen for both sides of a convo. Scanners aren't perfect when it comes to RIDS. Supplemental software can really give you insight into whether what you are seeing is an artifact of how the scanner works or something else going on entirely.

Actually the radio is very good at capturing the UIDs (RIDS). If you watch the SDS100 or 436 on Proscan you will see that the radio is actually decoding about 99.9% of the RIDS. The problem is they are not getting properly displayed on the radio display or recordings. This was an issue during the infant stages of DMR, but UPman was able to get the firmware gurus to fix it. DMR is close to 99% capture. I would love to see Uniden address this issue. A bit off topic, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Yep still on the air. It just recently changed control channels again, but I think that's due to some interference in the area.

For the few times I've heard Highspire (District 1), and I occasionally hear "Highspire, New Stanton ## is in service zone ## with MVR, portable, and a rifle." I'll keep an ear out now though.
