If you watch the P25 and listen to the VHF at the same time, you’ll note that the dispatcher will multi select both systems when announcing crashes that require response from PSP and maintenance. The PSP cars respond via P25. You can figure out which RID goes with which car, though, because the dispatcher continues to transmit over both systems and you’ll hear them acknowledge whichever PSP car is responding.

The PSP cars do have both the P25 and the Analog VHF in their radios, but they tend to stay on the P25 now.

Looks like the NAC changed from what's in the DB. Maybe that's the issue? Now showing NAC 941.

Anybody know what is going with TGID 40091. Been hearing a clipping motor sound but no voice. Is this some kind of FE encryption? Data collection?

I seem to be picking up site ID 149 from Lawrence County on a CC of 855.7125 with a P25 NAC of 94Ah. Anyone else?? Haven’t seen any actual traffic yet.

Talkgroup research Wiki suggests FirstEnergy

Likely just an open mic. I've heard the same on Met-Ed TG's with Reading Disp sometimes attempting to reach the offender to close the mic. (usually unsuccesfully )

The Harris Phase 1 sites never reported any neighbors.

The VENA08 site was showing up as an online neighbor to the POTT12 site a just over a week ago. Prior to that, it had been identified as an offline neighbor to the WEST03 air-ground site in early May. But, it seems you are saying the phase 1 site is still on the air today at VENA08? I doubt it will stay that way for long. Is anyone able to check WEST03, BLAI02, POTT12 for neighbors to see what they are showing this week? I would say the changeover is likely imminent at this point.

Of course I spoke too soon, just noticed today that my unitrunker wasn't picking anything up again (damn cats knocked the inside antenna over). So I picked it back up and still wasn't getting anything, hit the site button and voila! Site 145 is now on the air with control channel of 769.65625! It has peers of sites 142,143,144 and 146. It is still showing the channels of 769.65625, 773.30625 and 774.33125. its also marking 773.30625 as a control as well. Its NAC is 949 sys id 942 WACN BEE00. It is NOT displaying a callsign like it used to but is still showing TG 65536 in the call logs. Will be interesting to see if PSP A-G stay open or if they encrypt.

Sorry to say, it is encrypted. Thanks for the other details. I’ll get it updated.

12283 and 12284 are both active on the 1.94 site. Both encrypted. Both have RID 230 showing up along with 113xxxx portables. I would suspect military police/security dispatch ops at FTIG given the 230 RID.

Mystery site 150 is showing up as a failed neighbor to 1.004, 1.052, 1.053, 1.054 and 1.058
That pretty much rules out LANC63 as the suspected site for 150.

4 and 53 are co-located at DAUP01, and the rest of those peers are in either southern Dauphin or northern York counties. Out of all those sites, only 58 would potentially be a peer to LANC63.
