Test transmission heard this afternoon about 5:37 on TG 10089 Global Tac 11 on Site 82 (Willow Grove MONY02). No idea where it originated from. Only audio was reference to this being a test and counting. Repeated several times as time went on.
Those test counts on Global Tac 11 are pre-recorded, they've been heard all over the state on and off for months.

I just heard game commission traffic here in Monroe County. Not sure what site it originated from, but I monitor Mt Pocono, Stroudsburg, Dingmans Ferry and Albrightsville. They were assisting PSP with a man barricaded in his house.
PGC activity has been picking up over the past few weeks, but the NE Dispatch talkgroup has seen activity on most NEPA sites in Monroe/Pike over the past few months.

Hardly newsworthy, since it has been mentioned previously and many of the VHF frequencies are already operational as part of the system, but since many of us are cooped up with nothing better to do, here's some reading material...

I appreciate the information. I have been trying to find FirstEnergy in Western Pennsylvania for quite a while. Now I know that they will be on the PA state system and not their own.

what talk groups are they using, does any one know?
I am located in southwestern PA and as of yet have not heard West Penn Power on any system or talkgroup we can monitor. I assume they are still on Opensky. Weirton WV First Energy site comes in a 5-bar strength here and they utilize at least one frequency (160.02 MHz) on their system. At this time I will pay attention to see if their system site frequencies will be tied into the Claysville PA starnet site. Until something actually happens, all we can do is keep monitoring the frequencies. I also have close call on just in case a line truck might come my way. Eastern PA system might be different from the western side.

The callsigns were only granted days ago so it will probably take some time to hear activity
The callsigns listed in that waiver were granted months to years ago, not days. The purpose of the document I linked to was the granting of a waiver that officially allows the sharing of the state's Part 90 VHF public safety frequencies on a system that First Energy might also use at some point. In other words, the FCC has officially cleared the way for First Energy to operate on the P25 system.

Picking this up from BRAD41, (Wyalusing) which has not yet been added to the main page. With only 154.935 programmed, the TRX-2 generated a 151.5947 Voice Channel. Both are listed in WQVA716. Although I am a considerable distance from ROBWOOD, I got a very strong signal. Haven't figured out how to read RSSI yet.

It hasn't been added because no one has identified, confirmed, and submitted it. It sounds like you have, so please make sure to submit it to the system so that it can be added. You should be able to put the TRX-2 into some sort of NAC search mode to determine the NAC used at the site.

PS - the licensed frequency is 151.4975, not "151.5947"

There is also a site licensed at BRAD31 in Canton that might be on the air. 154.9425 under WQVA717, as well as 153.5825 and 153.725 licensed to First Energy under WRBT765.

The only one that i had programmed was 154.935 which was in the wiki. I think your'e right about 151.4975, however, when i enter that into EZ-SCAN, it changes to 151.595. And I do have BRAD31 and TIOG06 entered as well. BRAD31, which is located in East Troy and not in Canton as the map shows, has been putting out morse code for some time now. As BRAD31 is about 15 miles due south of me and BRAD41 is much farther to the southeast I assumed that it was BRAD31. But when paused on the wildcard it showed BRAD41 which only had 154.935 programmed.

I will enter all three sites in as conventional and see if I can come up with a NAC. My log shows a sysid as 269 that doesn't seem to match, but this log sometimes plays tricks on me.

SysID:269 WACN-ID:BEE00

I'll monitor it a while longer. I'll submit later on if no one beats me to it.

I don't know how to get a site ID. And iv'e recently discovers that my TRX-1\2 logs will transform a displayed RAN from decimal to hexadecimal.

Log excerpts:

SysID:269 RFSSID:01 SiteID:10
SysID:269 RFSSID:01 SiteID:05
SysID:269 RFSSID:01 SiteID:04

Haven't found anything yet to help understand these Whistler logs.

Actually, I meant analyzing a frequency. I should've recognized NYSEG. I figured they'd get in there somehow.

From a more recent log:

SysID:942 WACN-ID:BEE00
SysID:942 RFSSID:01 SiteID:71

IDEN_UP_TDMA: ID=08, Slots= 2, ChanType=03, Base= 150.002500, Offset= 16.000000, Spacing= 2.500
IDEN_UP_TDMA: ID=09, Slots= 2, ChanType=03, Base= 155.000000, Offset= 16.000000, Spacing= 2.500
IDEN_UP_TDMA: ID=10, Slots= 2, ChanType=03, Base= 155.002500, Offset= 16.000000, Spacing= 2.500

It's spitting out a number of Siteid's. This one seems to Hex:

SysID:942 RFSSID:01 SiteID:6A

It's also generating these:

IDEN_UP: ID=05, Base= 161.700000, Spacing= 2.500
IDEN_UP: ID=06, Base= 450.000000, Spacing= 6.250

This is my first shot at trying to figure out P25. Iv'e been concentrating more on NXDN.
