Picking up a MUSIC radio station on 27.4 mhz CB band??

Hello radio enthusiasts. My SDR dongle is receiving a music station/advertisements/talking on a CB channel 27.4 mhz? I unplugged the antenna and plugged it into my sds 100 and tuned it to 27.4 mhz and nothings there. Im really confused.

people are calling in and talking about "Being on the show"

You may be overloading the sdr with too strong a signal causing the sdr to hear (create) frequencies it is not tuned to.

Rip that's what happened. I asked in a discord as well. Jacked down the gain and it went away

The station called out its callsign "Jet 1400" so yeah in Erie pa jet24

Radio stations are having a hard time these days with ratings, so they are trying the CB band to reach more listeners. Up next, the GMRS band.

If you are not listening to the FM broadcast band then you should have a FM broadcast band trap connected. It will improve your SDR sensitivity significantly in most areas.
