probably a basic grounding question

Not a total newbie but antenna-challenged. Looking at an off-center fed antenna, the Hy Power SWL-OCF. Receive-only. Ad says "The coaxial cable is coupled through an inductive matching transformer which will place your coax at DC ground, provided you make a good ground connecting to the shield of your coaxial cable". What does that mean? How do I do that? The foil shield layer of the cable, how do I "make a good ground" to that?

Use a grounding block where the coax enters your home.

Which one will depend on what sort of cable/connectors you are using.
