RED Center Backup/Pager Tone Outs

Hello, I have an analog only APX6000xe in VHF and I want to monitor RED North. I programmed the channel “North Operations - Backup for North network, pager tone-outs” from the Wiki. I made a Quik-Call II personality but I am not getting anything on the pager tone-out channel when my P25 RED radio goes off.

that is a backup frequency and is usually used when paging mutual aid or when they are having other issues

Thank you, it seems it is just for mutual-aid calls, as it has gone off when non-RED departments are being dispatched.
