Overstock.com has slowly increased their price on refurbished Pro-163 to $113.00 plus shipping. Still not a bad price considering web only price of $200.00 . That is a bit steep for the original cardboard box!

pro-137 at Amazon

I had just the opposite experience. I bought a PRO96 from overstock.com and a 2096 from neweggmall.com. Both scanners were sold by Essex Technology Group from Nashville TN. .

I just got a pro-137 through Amazon.com for $65 - Also shipped from Essex Tech Group. It is in PERFECT condition and works great! Other than the missing outer box, I could not tell this from a new unit.

That price is still valid - says 5 left.
