TG 230 seems to be Mechanicville Police.

Logged traffic on TG 206 tonight. Sounded like law enforcement traffic, specifically referencing addresses/locations in Troy. The units were monitoring a house and discussing taking individual into custody. Maybe county probation/parole?

Probation would be the county level entity. Parole is a state agency.

TG 230 seems to be Mechanicville Police.

Monitoring this talkgroup tonight with multiple transmissions between field units and dispatch regarding among other things, towing a vehicle by Kearney’s (based in Mechanicville) and asking for dispatch to contact DPW commissioner Gotti. So I’m very certain you were right that it is Mechanicville Police Dispatch. Interesting that they would have a talkgroup on the RensCo system being that Saratoga County has its own P25 system...

System yes, coverage to Mech. not so good. But to that end, they have recently licensed spectrum and are building a presence for the system in Mechanicville.

Figured out its the Troy police dispatch. wonder why they are using the county when they have their own system.

Yeah and it sure comes in a lot better, I hope they continue to use it. for being not to far from the site ,it comes in kind of crappy on the Troy p25 as well as the Troy EDAC System. Thanks.
