I would go with DS-DPLUS.
Yes there is a fee for fastlane well worth the fee and it works great . Just follow directions on website.I just want to verify that I need the Fast Lane version. Plus version is older but free. Fast Lane is a paid version.
Brooke EMS is fully switched to SIRN, other agencies are slowing moving over but this full switch over won’t be for a while yet.
I would go with DS-DPLUS.
@n8jsw shared this link with me about Brooke and Ohio county's.
Brooke, Ohio counties work together on radio system
2020/09/19 23:40:22 Registration; RID=218207 TG=2181 [[ClearviewVFD] Clearview Fire] ACCEPT
2020/09/19 23:40:54 Registration; RID=222198 TG=2207 [[BrookeCo SO] Sheriff Dispatch] ACCEPT
2020/09/19 23:46:10 Group call; TG=2205 [[BrookeCo EMS] EMS Dispatch] RID=222194 Ch=460.2375 5s

I now have DSD plus working. The above may explain why I'm also getting radio calls from Ohio and Marshall CO.

I'll need to find out how to block the unwanted calls. I also need to stop a bunch of log files. This software logs everything including a .wav file for each radio call. That's going to quickly fill up the hard drive!
Are you using the free version or are you using DSDPlus FastLane ($25 for lifetime subscription)? I know with DSDPlus FastLane, you ccan simply left- or right-click on the number under "Pri", in the channel activity window, and can set the priority of the talkgroup. If you click it enough times, you will lock out the talkgroup. I don't remember whether you can do that on the free version.
You can always edit your DSDPlus.groups file with a text editor (notepad for instance), find the talkgroups that you want to lock out, and change their status to locked out and save the file.
If you look at DSDPlus.Groups with a text file, you will see something like the following (which is just an example and is NOT SIRN):
P25, BEE00.348, 53126, 50, Normal, 0, 0000/00/00 0:00, "INDIAN RIVER JCF (SUPT)"
P25, BEE00.348, 53131, 50, Normal, 1, 2018/10/15 12:29, ""
P25, BEE00.348, 53135, 50, L/O, 13257, 2020/02/14 8:10, "INDIAN RIVER JCF"
P25, BEE00.348, 53139, 50, Normal, 107, 2018/10/16 11:28, "INDIAN RIVER JCF - MAINT"
P25, BEE00.348, 53143, 50, Normal, 0, 0000/00/00 0:00, "INDIAN RIVER JCF (MED)"
Notice that in the fifth field, instead of "Normal between the commas you see L/O
So if you need to lock out talk groups in bulk, it's easier to do it via DSDPlus.Groups editing. Otherwise, do it from the Channel Activity window.

For those excited about listening to public transit ( lol ) Bearcom will be installing new radios in our (ovrta) buses in the coming weeks for us to finally be off the old Wheeling system and onto the SIRN system. Im sure you guys are tingling with excitement!! lol
LOL. I'll listen if you'll belt out a tune over the radio
What is the status on the Weirton Tower? I'm in North Fayette PA, just about 15 miles away, and other than early testing when I had full bars I'm not getting anything from the CC channel. Are they still working on the system? Don't have any issues picking up the Beaver Falls tower and easily get MARCS Jefferson Co Ohio.Great job. They must have the power at very low watts.
