Sounds like the Airport is finally switching over to the 700 MHz P25 system. I am hearing multiple new users in the 670 ~ 700 Talk Group/Channel range.

I did a quick search to see if there was a new site out there, but did not find anything.
Still early, but preliminary findings are:
565=Airport Fire; 566="Airport Medical"; 673="House Keeping" (custodial); 674="Maintenance"; 681=PD; 693=Shuttle Bus's; 694=unk "Disp". ( " " means I heard on air ID as such)

Multiple audio quality issues (normal), also many of them need to be reminded that this is a digital system, so "push the button, wait a couple seconds (for the system to sync) then talk. Finish talking, wait a second, then release the button." Lots of use by the Shuttle Bus's and Housekeeping. There are some other users, but I haven't a handle on them (yet).
