I combed thru the NCC WQDN950 license / freq. data and they are the same (number) of TRS channels. The (5) 8TAC freq's are also lumped in / licensed at all of the sites. The 860.xxxx freq's appear to be vehicle repeaters. Need to double check on that though.

I’ll be hitting OCMd for airshow weekend starting tomorrow (purely by coincidence). I’ll be running down 95-1 through the state from Pennsyltucky. I threw in what we’ve guessed so far and will set the 436 to record on my travels to see if I can get anything while at the beach. Probably won’t be able to add much but who knows?
Nice!! I always run down for a late weekend in August as an early good bye to Summer. Booked it before seeing they moved the air show this year. Little added bonus for this year. Usually it’s just the Jeeps.
Jeep parade on the beach was this morning. Impressive. A family leaving tomorrow was super happy to see the practice airshow today - they had no idea it was happening.
Perhaps take a swing at the DELWIN sites if resources permit.
Here is a screen shot of what I saw the other day in trunker. It seemed like breifly the New P25 system was tied to the old system. That's when around the time I was seeing patches show up and grants on familiar talkgroups. Once voice testing started that morning on talkgroup 4004 all the activity that seemed to be coming in from the Existing system stopped. This is also around the time that @neilhuss reported hearing talkgroups that sounded like buses and deldot. I never caught any voice traffic in Kent that morning other than the normal testing, but I did notice alot more voice testing going on in NCC than in Kent when I went up in the afternoon seemed like the same voices that I hear not as often in Kent Same Talkgroup 4004.

That continues follows the pattern of current TG's translated to new starting @TG1616=101, then TG1648=103 etc.

Finally saw some traffic on the Kent Site with Animal Services at 1093 this afternoon. Hopefully other users will be rolled out soon.
Unitrunker shows them on NCC today also. Also, 852.7375 was added as a voice channel
