Given that they are building several sites from the ground up and retrofitting many others, and with the difficulty in the supply chain, it's likely this system will be much delayed. I've seen several FCC filings for other systems asking for extended build times due to supply problems.
I would also guess that they don't want to turn up the sites that are built right now to save on wear and tear and warranty time. If they were to turn the sites on now it's possible the warranty could run out before they start actually using the system. This was always going to be a multi year build and with the added "unforseen" delays it's likely going to be even more years than anticipated.

Ballard County has refiled their microwave backbone licenses for their tower sites. Apparently, they were rejected, and now they have corrected the mistakes in the previous submissions to the FCC for licensing. They are as follows:

Those licenses have nothing to do with ksp
It's my understanding that they are adding a few sites to the statewide system. These licenses are not part of Commonwealth of Kentucky's new P25 system?

I can not see the Farmington Site working in Fulton County around the City of Hickman

Out of curiosity- who do you think would expect it to do so?

Hickman is spoty on the UHF System from Clinton you change that to 700 and move the site 20 miles further away what do you think will happen.

Why would they not affialite and use the site on inamn road just north west of fulgham??
I missed that site it was not in the listing I have
