KYEM has all new APX8000 tri-band mobiles in their fleet, they'll be moving over to the new system after it's up and running. DOT probably will migrate eventually. Forestry just updated all their equipment so my guess it'll be a while before they switch.
Fish and Wildlife / Park Rangers are already using the current KSP system, so they'll just switch over when KSP does.

I seen in the fcc database where they licensed more frequencies for sites I wonder when they going to turn on the sites in Richmond and other parts and start testing like they are in western Kentucky

The longer this new system is not up the longer we get to listen to them, don't rush it.
Post 1 is bridged to the West Ky District as I have heard some traffic on the Trunking System.

Is it in the clear or encrypted.i think the dispatch stuff will stay clear and the other stuff in encrypted
How would I know it is patched audio if I could not hear it? Use a little common sense.
