I don't believe we have enough information to submit. I can't believe that Penninsula has been the system for that long and we're just now discovering the Service Department talkgroup. Winters (especially last year) would have that talkgroup lit up with plow activity.
Well I didn't just now discover it. I've logged it in Jan, Feb, Aug, Oct, and Nov of this year. Not necessarily listening or able to determine who it was if I was.
That's why I'm not going to add it. I've had a few times where guys are on the wrong channel and call it that. I'd like to get some better evidence than one random name. IIRC, Penninsula PD referred to their talkaround as "Penn 2". He could have thought he was on another channel.
Can someone please help out with programming of a pro651 for this system. I've tried programming the tables they way they were described earlier in forum with no luck . I have no software or desire to get any. Any help is greatly appreciated
I can't help you with a 651/106, but the RRDB frequencies are up to date and you do have to program the rebanding tables. I'm sure someone will be along to help.

Do yourself a favor, download WIN500 or PSREdit or ARC500 and you can use them for free for 30 days. Programming these scanners manually is not the way to go. With the software you will be up and running in 1/2 hour versus days by hand.
Actually the only two frequencies without a "5" in the forth decimal place are 851.80000 and 853.65000. So The system will work without rebanding except any voice traffic on those two frequencies will be missed. Not a big chance. I ran the system without rebanding for a time until I realized it was rebanded. Didn't miss much.
I've never used GRE/Whistler radios, so I can't offer step-by-step instruction. There are a few PRO-106 folks around here. They can probably help if you get stuck.
Took me about 20 minutes to half hour fot everything. I enjoy doing everything by hand ,because I've had and toyed with scanners for 30 years. I consider it part of the hobby. If you don't understand, that's OK too.
Logged a number of hits on TG 43024 with RIDs 31268, 31269, and 31271 around 3 PM. Wasn't listening at this time. This has been tentatively IDed as Northfield Village FD I think.
