TG 10009 - Alcoa Structure Fire Dispatch?

Only hearing structure fire tones and dispatches on this Talkgroup. Anyone have any other info on it? You can view the audio here: Unknown/Unknown Group Calls Live
I heard Maryville and Alcoa working that fire earlier this afternoon. Not sure about 10009 though. I'll add to my G4 and give it a listen.

I've heard Alcoa and Maryville Fire dispatched on this TG as mutual aid, when both are needed for a call. Just not enough info to ID it exactly. Each dept. goes to a different TG for further traffic.

Just saw that the license for the new Wauchessi Site was approved.

WRJU408

Also just found this one that was approved back in May.

WRFN341

Location 1 looks like the new Justice Center but I'm scratching my head with location 4. It's showing C4FM on 853.975 as an FBT "Base-temporary" station and is out east of Madisonville on a seemingly random hilltop that doesn't have a tower on it.

A further search deepened my confusion. WRJM300 shows 700MHz mobile itinerant at the same location. I was thinking that it might be the center of the mobile coverage area but I don't know why they would have it as MOI if that's what it is.
they have assigned simplex frequencies for radio to radio direct comms the mobile radios in our fd have radio direct channels that bypass the repeaters i am asumming these are them wrjm300

9518 Vonore PD Talk (encrypted)
9534 Monroe Co. Highway Dept.

The following have been active but I haven't identified these yet:

All identified have been submitted.

I noticed that TG 33456 is Bradley Sheriff Car to Car on TACN however it was also the same on the old SmartZone system for Hamilton County. I have never heard car to car traffic on this talk group on TACN. Instead, it seems that BCSO Car to Car is on TG 5117. Can anyone else confirm this?

My understanding is that mutual aid doesn't incur a yearly fee. Dispatch talkgroups cost. Simplex talkgroups kinda defeat the entire purpose of the system, especially up in the mountains. But at least you guys have yours!
for simplex operations they say why go through a repeater if you are in line of sight of each other like directing traffic on a roadway or your in a burning building and need to talk to ic outside your radio maynot be able to get out on the system if you are in the building but in simplex mode you can talk directly to ic plus it keeps the talkgroups freed up for ic to talk to units enroute and dispatch
