Turn off alpha tags in SDRTrunk or Broadcastify

I recently started a new broadcast feed. The alpha tags being sent to Broadcastify are meaningless. (Possibly they are to do with some internal routing in the trunking system?) They are distracting and I would like to turn them off, either within SDRTrunk or some option at Broadcastify. I have the "Broadcasting Alpha Tags" feed option turned off in the Broadcastify feed management options but Broadcastify is still displaying them to listeners. Any suggestions welcome.
