who is "FEAR PARTY" from my location there is a aircraft calling that call sign. it sounds like a ground station. also fallowing "sky king sky king do not answer.

Aircraft is fortunet.

now calling McCLELLAN

McCLELLAN is aquireing a country code from "Fortunet." but fortunet advises none neaded.

I'm not sure about 'fear party' byt I can tell you a little about the other stuff; Skyking calls are usually followed by coded messages (and those have been covered in another thread). These messages go out to all bases all over the world. And insofar as McClellan and a 'country code', sounds like you got someone trying to make a phone patch.

The Worldwide Utility News list on qth.net, as has been mentioned before, is the place to be for stuff like this. There are several folks on there with very initimate knowledge of callsigns, prosigns, procedures and so on.

Your Fear Party is a DoD daily changing tactical callword. It is probably associated with one of two airborne command post aircraft - either one of the US Navy E-6B Tacamo or USAF E-4B NAOC aircraft. Because of the very nature of these callsigns there is no way to definitely determine who this is and that is why they use these type of callwords, to deny anyone but those on the inside the capability to determine who is transmitting.
