The curent firmware for the 536hp is
1.28.17 (06/12/2024)
So, yes. Your firmware is very old. Version 1.11.31 was released on 7/7/2017.

Regarding the NXDN upgrade: Support for NXDN was added to the 536hp in version 1.14.00 (3/26/2018). You will need to update your firmware to enable NXDN.

Most likely the serial number is not being entered correctly

Hexadecimal numbers use the numbers 0 thru 9 and the letters A thru F. The number 8 and the letter B are often confused. The scanner serial number on the back of the scanner and the electronic serial number shown on the scanner menu are different. If you are trying to enter the serial number or electronic serial number on the my.uniden site, the first several characters are already entered. If you are upgrading to DMR in the scanner, you need to enter the key emailed to you by Uniden,

I'm everywhere Focker!
I wouldn't have posted my whole S/N and SUM as a mean person could buy the upgrades and prevent you from getting them...and then offer them to you at a higher price.

it says this
The Checksum you entered is not valid. Please recheck your input to ensure that you have entered the 3 digits of the SUM value correctly.

Please go back by clicking your back button.

and if i use 260 instead of Z it won't let me enter the whole serial number

I just tried with the info you supplied and had no issues.

Under S/N be sure you are entering 26068003145 (without the 375).
Edit... nevermind i got it i didn't know i had to leave about the first 4 numbers of the SN why is that
