I have just received the display unit and it has only been on the way to the Netherlands for about 1.5 weeks!
I hooked it up as described but it doesn't get any further than The Warning picture.
The SDS200E sees the cable and I confirm the serial connection with "."
But then nothing more happens.
Am I missing something ?

Can you email me at rayers@touch-scanner.com? I can walk you through the settings.

On another note, that's a nice set of receivers you have in the background! Looks good!

Likely because it's an SDS200E. I have an idea for a fix but we will need to work with you a bit to test.
I will reach out to you via email.

Hi Mancow

I have already sent an email to Robert.
No problem for me to do some testing for a European SDS200 version.
On I'm hoping it's the simple fix I'm envisioning. We will be in communication with you soon. I have to leave town for work early Saturday morning but I plan on working on it in the evening this week and when I'm not the guy designated to drive for the trip but hopefully it's resolved before that.

Or a VIDEO please.
I attempted to attach a video, but the file size was too large for the forum apparently. And the photo doesn't do the screen justice. It's not washed out in the background, but very black with crisp colors, plus I have not removed the plastic screen protector overlay yet. Taking the photo slightly off-axis caused some of that washed-out look. And I just received it yesterday

what about youtube upload and post link here.thanks for photo.
looks great how is the touch screen.
I will look into that as well. The touch screen is very responsive, even through the plastic film. I'm going to order a right angle USB-C power cable and maybe a right angle data cable as well, but I might have one of those....just to clean up the appearance from the front.

The only oddity so far is that the screen colors on the TS don't match the SDS colors I've chosen perfectly. System should be green and Dept should be red but on the TS, Dept is orange and both Dept and Channel are yellow. Not sure if that's just the way it's going to be or not. It's feeding from the bottom SDS200 in the background and you can see the color differences.

Exit at top left corner then the shutdown button on the desktop. Wait a few moments to give it time to write and data to the SD card.

Wow 🤩 3 things, please;

(1) - I already have GPS setup snd working fine on my 200. Can this be obtained without GPS?

(2) - I live in an area where it is hot 🥵 about 3/4 of the year. Is there an ETA on when a stronger, or more resilient unit against heat, will become available?

(3) - I see above the color settings aren’t transferring over. Is there another way we can set the color settings to our preferance?

So glad to see this, I was pondering what to remove in my work truck, to accommodate an NX-5700, if this unit will become available where it can fit my needs, I am going to hold off on installation, as this will absolutely free up some very crowded real estate.

Thank you to those who are involved in the development and distribution process of this.

Ok, 4 things…. I understand it uses the programming port? If so, can it use the rear port, or does it need to be front only?

Or am I completely off base here?
