Goliad is an LLC, so there isn't nearly as much of that as you seem to believe.

As far as development speed, Todd didn't have a board of directors, stockholders, market analysts, middle managers, etc., to impede his progress.

Sole proprietorship/entrepreneurship has it's own problems, but they don't generally entail things like wasting half the morning answering the same questions as yesterday.

An irrelevant point, as it takes only one person that doesn't completely understand what you're trying to do to be an impediment.

Also, being a venture capital LLC, it's quite unlikely that any of them understand radios beyond turning it on in the car.

One thing that might help and maybe they are already considering, but make a significant reduction in pricing on their current units when they become available. I believe their current website still shows old pricing which I contend is not at all competitive to Uniden feature or support wise. . I know others here will disagree but they need to get something going. I would assume they do not intend to live on the sales of the proposed 1000 units. I would even consider buying one if the price was right to dedicate to a specific function.
