...and Jimmy Hoffa
Don Davis was a well known firearms retailer in the Indianapolis area. Some of his stores were open 24/7. He was famous for his late-night TV commercials that included his famous line: "I don’t want to make any money, I just love to sell guns.” Davis was a "troubleshooter" for Jimmy Hoffa and was rumored to know where Hoffa is buried. Davis died in 2016 and, if he knew any secrets about Hoffa, he didn't reveal them.

So elaborate Kevin. That's not what happened with regards to the 100,000 reactions score for loumagg or the fact that Paul showed up as being online recently? I can see that as a family member maybe? ..
Anyone can see Paul's posts without signing into his account...

As far as loumagg getting 100,000 likes. That's none of my business and the powers to be of OG members is none of my business. I still feel it's an underestimation.

People actually pay attention to likes?

Some of our members really love to overthink and overanalyze trivial stuff. :geek:

It’s the tavern so here goes. We had a member that actually noticed his post count wasn’t increasing when he posted in the tavern forums. I wouldn’t have any idea if my post count was correct or not.

No I don't believe they do, they don't show on your posts. You have to tap on the username and actually look at someone's profile.

The only person who cares about likes is the member themselves. For what that might be worth. I think there are those who notice. Kind of gives "them" an idea of who they're talking to. As if that matters either LOL.

It does set a long-term pattern of someone's likeability. Also it helps with bonding and making friendships.

Hope that clears up my opinion Kevin ;)

I don't buy it. YouTube on my devices still has dislike buttons.
Yes they do and you can tap it if you want but the tally number will not come up. Can you imagine what it would look like if the top official of our country was to make a speech and had 12 likes and had 225 million dislikes? Remember mods this is the tavern.

They DO NOT reveal the number of dislikes on YouTube! That was deliberately done by design, doesn't mean you can't dislike something. They had no choice to try to save their party.
