Did you try turning off your antivirus? If it then downloads and install whitelist the program in the antivirus.

In Internet Explorer, click Tools, Windows Defender SmartScreen Filter, Turn off Windows Defender SmartScreen. That should allow it to download.

Did you go to File/Open V scanner to select the one you want?

I'm having problems downloading from the site, it keeps adding a $0.00 item to the cart and asking me for contact and payment information, and saying I need approval before being given the download? Where has everyone else downloaded it?

Which one specifically are you trying to download?
It should add $0 to your cart and ask you to sign in or to provide your contact info and then when you click continue it SHOULD NOT ask you for any credit card information.

Please let me know if it is asking you for credit card info specifically which one you are trying to download so that I can make sure we don't have an issue.

I downloaded the ne PC update and the font is much smaller . How do i make it bigger ?

I'm running Windows 10 Pro on a Surface Pro 4 with a screen resolution of 2736 x 1824 and also have the issue of scaling/missing text. My fix was to right click on the executable, click on Properties, click on Compatibility, check "Override high DPI scaling behavior.", then select "System". This fixed the display issue for me.

I have a 3840x2160 monitor now and did the same thing.
