BCT-8 Programming for TxWarn

I am trying to monitor the Hempstead, Tomball, and Clodine sites of the TxWarn System (not the P25). I got as far as selecting the "E2-Cus" and entering the frequencies. I have no clue how to begin to enter the custom tables, bandplans, etc.. Can somebody give me some information so I can alt least program and monitor the Tomball site.

I am doing all this by hand, I don't have the software or the cable to hook up my scanner to the computer,

KevinC, yes this helped a lot. However when set to E2CUS, I get nothing. So yesterday, I was trying different ways, so I set it back to E2800, and it started to work, showing talkgroups, and great signal, however I was missing out on a lot of radio traffic. I set the 996 to HCSO D-5 on the P25 system, and set the BCT-8 on the same but different system. Am I still missing something? I am not picking up anything on the Hempstead site even following all the steps shown. Thanks for your help!

Did you set the custom tables?
