That is THE root cause of the issue.. government is supposed to be accountable to the people and it is trying to hide behind excuses as it makes every attempt to obfuscate its day-to-day operations. Streaming is just one of those scapegoats so it is on topic, IMHO.

Looks like everything that can be said about Terre Haute has been said judging by the last few off-topic posts I deleted.
