Control PTT on ICOM

Is there a possible way to control the PTT on an Icom? I have a 3/32 to 1/4 jack that is plugged into a computer. As soon as the computer plays audio, I want the VOX to activate the PTT and transmit the audio. Sort of a portable repeater setup. I have a RigBlaster, but not the proper mic cable for a Audio Jack.


Any ideas anyone?
