I believe some of my local users that have Control Stations that show aliases use a different brand control station than the subscribers Kenwood mobiles and portables I think.
Just went through this with my buddy, took us a good 30 minutes to figure out what caused itUse caution if you haven't updated. Not going to v2.506 from 2.505 may cause the OTA decoding to shut off with only a 2 line warning that will scroll away.
Can I get a translation of that? Not at all. It means that you added your own 601 aliases to the radios file, in this case, apparently for talk groups.

I don't get the HIGHPPMerr, at least what it's supposed to be adjusted to, or figure out what the value should be. I can increase and decrease the value and it's always displaying HIGHPPMerr... and I don't know how to set it for auto. Monitoring a p25 ph1 system.

Are you using 2.505 DSDPlus Fast Lane?
DSD+ 2.505
Decoding of a few more P25 control channel messages has been added.
Added a "HighPPMerr" display to the event log and channel activity window titles.
This text indicates that the PPM correction in FMPA/FMPP/FMP24 is not adjusted correctly.
Adjust PPM value in FMPx with p/P keys to eliminate the error display.

Thanks for the tip!The value I think should be as low as possible. You have to have focus on FMP24. Then use p/P to adjust up/down to get the lowest value.
and I don't know how to set it for auto.
Apparently, centering is all I had to do! Thanks. And toggle off 'a' on two instance. (running three separate instances of DSD+ one dongle each.) I didn't expect each to need a slightly different value. Thanks again. When you focus on fmp24, hit the ? And look in some of the other windows open it gives you options that work with Fmp24. Believe it’s a/A when focused.
How many dongles are you using, 1 or 2? If 2 it can be tricky to get the ppm set if there is not many voice calls. If one dongle, fire up sdr# and tune to the control channel. Then play with the ppm to get the signal centered the best you can. Then remember that value which will be either a positive or negative value and apply it to Fmp24
If two dongles and you know which is which, do the same and set that ppm on that dongle.
If your on a pc use windows snipping tool to capture screen shots and paste them right into your message.
