DSDPlus DSDPlus LRRP not loading

I found a site near me that has LRRP data packets being sent that contain coordinates and I am trying to view them using LRRP.exe but to no avail no data points will load onto the map what so ever. I have tried deleting the DSDPlus.LRRP file and reconfiguring but nothing seems to work. I will post my config file and a screenshots related
