While 453.050 is a control channel, 453.100, 453.725, and 453.7375 aren't a part of the new system at this time. They aren't allocated to the STARNet system's two UHF repeaters in Erie, either. Interesting.

If the Erie hospitals are 301-303, then 304 would be Corry Hospital by default I would guess

That license is for a trunked system, but denotes the emission type as analog narrowband. Strange.

Also strange that the EMTA didn't go in on the new system with the county, and maintains it's old system. That's 4 good frequency pairs.

EMTA is going to be transitioning to a DMR-based radio system in the near future, from what I've heard with the local radio shop who maintains their system. Other police departments such as LECOM, UPMC and AHN are not on the new system either - all of which also have UHF frequency pairs.

Still figuring out Emergycare. 911 used to dispatch them on MED 9, and ECI would dispatch them to their units on MED 10. Looks like that is now being done on TG's 305 and 306. ECI also used 155.22 as Channel 2. Is that still being used as analog?

The county dispatches ECI on one talkgroup (like the old Med 9), and ECI Operations are on another talkgroup (like the old Med 10). There is also another tac channel for ECI which really isn't used which would probably be 307 then. 155.220 is still being used for wheelchairs.

I use Free Scan to program my 996P2. It's actually my first foray into P25 programming and so far so good. Immediately after I uploaded the programming last night I was excited to hear EFD Engine 13 returning to quarters confirming the success.

Probably 109. It is the only remaining TG with enough affilated radios and the spacing to 114 seems correct to allow for TAC channels.
Note; the TG list I posted above I had 114 wrong, east rather than south.

I listened to a lot of the testing over the past few days... work from home and have the ability to keep an ear out, here's what I came up with for county fire. The first TG is dispatch, followed by TAC 1-4 sequentially

Millcreek 104-108, East County 109-113, South County 114-118, West County 119-123, and 124 is for interoperability

Interoperability between all county fire depts.? In the 911 TG list, they have one Inter-Agency TG each for County, Police, and Fire. Is it this Fire TG that is 124?

There are some county fire talkgroups that have been added per submissions however I marked as Tac as it was not specified if they are dispatch talkgroups or tacs. Im too far south to monitor the system.
