While 453.050 is a control channel, 453.100, 453.725, and 453.7375 aren't a part of the new system at this time. They aren't allocated to the STARNet system's two UHF repeaters in Erie, either. Interesting.
That license is for a trunked system, but denotes the emission type as analog narrowband. Strange.
Also strange that the EMTA didn't go in on the new system with the county, and maintains it's old system. That's 4 good frequency pairs.
If the Erie hospitals are 301-303, then 304 would be Corry Hospital by default I would guess
Anyone here using a bcd996p2 on the new system? Any issues? And what program do you use to program it. Just a few questions im getting from those wanting to buy a 996 locally.....
I use Free Scan to program my 996P2. It's actually my first foray into P25 programming and so far so good. Immediately after I uploaded the programming last night I was excited to hear EFD Engine 13 returning to quarters confirming the success.Anyone here using a bcd996p2 on the new system? Any issues? Interoperability between all county fire depts.? In the 911 TG list, they have one Inter-Agency TG each for County, Police, and Fire. Is it this Fire TG that is 124?I listened to a lot of the testing over the past few days... work from home and have the ability to keep an ear out, here's what I came up with for county fire. The first TG is dispatch, followed by TAC 1-4 sequentially
Millcreek 104-108, East County 109-113, South County 114-118, West County 119-123, and 124 is for interoperability
