I'm trying to figure out what all the freqs are on Site 104. It seems as though 453.725 is at the same locations with 103 and 105, with many of the same freqs.

Site 104 is Millcreek Dispatch. I have the MLCK Dispatch Frequency but not the tac groups

Hazmat I believe is encrypted but to be honest, I really don't know about them. I have yet to figure out the frequencies for south, west,east county channels

Are you saying that "Hazmat" would not be using a talkgroup on the trunked system? The RRDB only shows sites 1-01 and 1-02 btw.

Judging by its position in the channel plan, perhaps a county manager or EM tg. Hard to tell unless you compare its usage with events that are happening. Or *someone* gives up a channel plan, lol.

Last evening Crescent and I think Fuller Hose Cos were doing extensive radio testing from many locations in their area and Ripley. The new Ripley tower site may be on line and TG 402 was associated with that

I've heard many shots fired, barracaded subject & similar drills when my county's LE was in the clear, they'd use their event channels of course as not to interfere with routine ops on the primary channels. Sounded quite legit but wasn't

Well last time I was up here (around Thanksgiving) all Law comes were on the "Special 1" channels for all operations, and today is the same way, when this dispatcher said "All units hold the air for all non-emergency traffic"

I have all of the LE channels in the scan list, and I have had no hits on them, which makes me think that aren't any comms,, but there is a beep by RID8190020 on the channel, so I'm wondering if it's being recorded

Ops for the shots fired call were moved to City PD Tac 4, and are if course ENC, so I can no longer update anything.

They *should* be periodically announcing on the channel that this is an exercise or drill - if it's actually a drill.

Shots fired calls are a daily occurrence in Erie. No big deal unless they kill somebody. Never heard a drill all real.

There was an issue countywide with encryption and transmissions cutting out on the encrypted channels, so all law agencies defaulted to the "Special" talkgroups on their radios which are unencrypted. The issue has since been fixed for the time being. All transmissions on the Special channels were real, no drill.
