When I go to "Zone and channel setting" I dont have all of the 64 TG's that I originally chose and I cant find them. I am stuck here. I dont know why I dont have all 64 TG's that I originally chose after I downloaded from RR.

To anyone looking to acquire commercial radio programming software:
Please do not make requests for copies of radio programming software which is sold (or was sold) by the manufacturer for any monetary value. All requests will be deleted and a forum infraction issued. Making a request such as this is attempting to engage in software piracy and this forum cannot be involved or associated with this activity. If you are having trouble legally obtaining software please state so. We do not want any hurt feelings when your vague post is mistaken for a free request. It is YOUR responsibility to properly word your request.

The various other vendors often permit their dealers to sell the software online (i.e., Kenwood). Please use Google or some other search engine to find a dealer that sells the software. Typically each series or individual radio requires its own software package. Often the Kenwood software is less than $100 so don't be a cheapskate; just purchase it.
For M/A Com/Harris/GE, etc: there are two software packages that program all current and past radios. One package is for conventional programming and the other for trunked programming. The trunked package is in upwards of $2,500. The conventional package is more reasonable though is still several hundred dollars. The benefit is you do not need multiple versions for each radio (unlike Motorola).
This is a large and very visible forum. We cannot jeopardize the ability to provide the RadioReference services by allowing this activity to occur. Please respect this.

You need to stay in one place you moved from C1 to D, stay in C1 when you add it, we are done with the D tab, what you are doing is creating a new profile in D, but C is where you will build on the profile..
Because you are getting ahead of yourself, we need to do this one step at a time otherwise you will make it a lot harder
OK I need to back up cause I dont have all the 64 talk groups I chose. I deleted AGAIN.....I need to start new profile and go 1 small step at a time. So I started new profile. I am at the basic information setting screen. I am at E then tab over to E1....I will stop there....It is hard for me to memorize too much info.
You are in tab C1, you use the orange button top right and import the system. Your first entry looks just like the screen shot below. After this you STAY on C1, uncheck the all sites box at the top and only click on the first site by the red, do the same for the other four sites. At the end you will have six sites in C1...Once you have that message back.
I am STILL not able to delete the original profile which is wrong the program wont let me start over. What is the first thing I do after creating a new profile? I keep going in the wrong direction after I make profile.

Here is what I have in C1......its the WRONG data...this is an old one I did earlier that has ALL 5 RISCON sites.....I cant delete it and I dont know where to go from here.

I didn't ask you to delete it, we want it there, now look at post 85 and do what I told you starting at the single sites by the red line, one at a time. Bob DO NOT worry about anything else, we need to take this one step at a time.
OK I am at the C1 and I will pnly add ONE site, the METRO SIMULCAST.......there are 30 TG's in there. I am going to UNCHECK the encrypted TG's first then do I import to public resource or to profile? Too many choices!!!!
Just import all of them, we will correct it later.
Do you have six sites in there? One with all 5, the rest one each?

Okay this will work, but it is easier if you had imported all the talk groups rather than trying to add one later. but okay. Now go to tab E and you should see one profile in there, let me see what you have.

Okay delete Profile 2 and 1 Keep profile 3
Then highlight Profile 3 and click edit at the bottom once the new screen opens take a screen shot

Great, now click on add and select from Add System from Resource and select all sites you added in C1
