Listening on Pendleton site, so somebody local is affiliated. Only ISP radios so far. 'Coty,' 9300971 has been only one encrypted (PRO96COM). Last I heard was at 17/25/31.

I checked my Trunker. Here are some TGs and notes I have:
TG 12741 - (A Fort Wayne PD SWAT unit joined this TG), 17 hits on this TG.
TG 12742 - (A Fort Wayne PD SWAT unit joined this TG), 1 hit on this TG.
TG 12743 - ISP 9301985 joined this TG. 9301985 has also joined CZ ERT TGs. 1 hit on this TG.

IMO, these TGs look like some kind of statewide SWAT mutual aid channels, where state and local SWAT can communicate on the same channel.

TG 10117, another former Dekalb Co TG, may have been confiscated by Lutheran Air. On 2/7 & 2/8 Lutheran Air 1, 2, and Lutheran Center joined and communicated several times. More listening is needed to see if this TG becomes a statewide TG.

TG 10120, another former Dekalb Co TG, several "99" Federal RIDs joined this TG. TG 10116 is a former Dekalb Co TG and has been known for "99" RIDs as well.

Former Dekalb Co TG:
10116 = 99 RIDs
10117 = Lutheran Air
10118 = unknown
10119 = unknown
10120 = 99 RIDs
10121 = unknown
10122 = unknown

Based on the actual RIDs of the "99 RIDs" they appear to be different agencies.

Heard Lutheran Air 1 on TG 10117 from the New Castle tower today talking to Lutheran Air Center.

Started picking up TG 10120 in Delaware Co....all 5 different radio ID's begin with 990xxxx. They were talking about watching a truck that pulled into a work place and had the tailgate down. I cant for the life of me find the article about radio ID's but I think 990 is like a statewide ID and not specific to a certain county

It's just the first 2 numbers; and 99 are Federal agencies.

Probably shouldn't post too much about what you hear, but instead watch news articles to see if you can find "(xyz federal agency taskforce) apprehends fugitive"...or something similar.

Post number #26 identifies 10120 with 99 RIDs. You can only edit a comment within a few minutes of making it.

So Lil update on DOT set ups: They have a new se tup for the way the CH's are displayed in the radios from the original codeplugs. For example here is how the displays for INDOT Greenfield look now when you look at the listing. Confirmed by look, and by monitoring during events when they announce the CH to go to.
