I have 93101, 93102, 93103 as ISP Pendleton. All of those I have 'last seen' on ISP D51 (Pendleton) Disp within the past couple days. However, through logging and compiling a list of RIDs, I can see each Post has 2 consoles. With that being said, 93101 could be an ISP Indy console that was listening to Pendleton Disp.

I do not have RID 93104 logged. It's likely a single console somewhere though, since all of the surrounding RIDs are paired.

93100 & 93101: Indianapolis Post (potentially)
93102 & 93103: Pendleton Post

93104: (unknown - odd man out)

93105 & 93106: Lowell Post
93107 & 93108: Lafayette Post
93109 & 93110: Toll Road Post
93111 & 93112: Bremen Post
93113 & 93114: Fort Wayne Post
93115 & 93116: Peru Post

Like I said, I would bet a lunch that 93104 is the not in use ISP State Capitol Police Dispatch Console at the IGC. They keep advertising for dispatchers specifically for the SCP Division every few months, but for some reason just can't seem to fill that spot. So that radio room sits gathering dust, and the main ISP Dispatchers are still doing that job.

Who is the dispatcher for ISP Copter 1? Copter 1 simply referred to them as "Operations"; and "Operations" has a console ID of 93144. This is the only console RID that I have seen/heard on the ISP Air Sector TG. If I had to guess I'd say this is an IDHS console.

I keep seeing a console log in and out, but the ID it shows is very strange.... Are you ready for this one : 87653 Never seen an 8 console and like I said, it only logs in and out on both the Terre Haute 1-30 and Vigo 1-83 towers... haven't looked at Brazil's tower to see if it hits there also. Any suggestions on what that one is???

It's skip from another system. I get weird RIDs and TGs occasionally also. I had a weird multi-group the other day. It was a small town PD Ops TG from Wabash county, an EMS Disp TG from Wells county, and a 3rd odd-ball TG number (not an SAFE-T TG). I just looked up those TGs numbers on the Ohio MARCS, and Michigan's MPSCS systems. The multi-group I received was from Wayne county Michigan. Wayne County Michigan has a TG 12450 and 12414, and likely whatever the 3rd TG was. I think Unitrunker listens to all of the freqs for the site you're listening to, so if a 'skip' signal comes in on the ACC or a Talk channel freq, Unitrunker will log it. Sometimes you may even see extra frequencies added to your site, that's because a signal was received on one of your site's normal frequencies that happened to be a control channel for another site or system, and then Unitrunker will add any info from that Skip site to your normal site. During the reception of Skip is where you end up with oddball RIDs, TGs, and site frequencies that don't much SAFE-T.

RIDs 87xxx on Illinois' StarCom system is the Illinois Dept of Corrections. That's likely who it is. On SAFE-T 5-digit RIDs are console IDs, that's not the case for StarCom and other radio systems. STARCOM21 Statewide Illinois-RID 8 - The RadioReference Wiki

I have had some strange unit id's and traffic that I have tracked down to Indiana Michigan Power in the Bluffton area.

They share some frequencies and it comes up on the other system. One day the weather was bad and the guy said he was going up north to patrol the lines.

Looking at what has been logged, it would actually fit as an ISP Alternate/Secondary Console. And looking at the numbering it is tempting to say Versailles. 931XX is Primary, or an Central/North Console, and the 932XX are Secondary and South Consoles. Versailles has the 2 on each side of that RID. 93206, and 93208. Using the process of elimination thru logging and monitoring is the only way to find the answer. Eventually we will nail it down. Also still not logged is 93104's "owner". ISP Indianapolis has 93100 and 93101 as Primary and Alternates for main Consoles, etc...
Versailles also has 93205.

Is anyone around LaPorte county that can confirm or deny if TG 12650 is 100% encrypted? The DB shows its not encrypted at all, but I received a transmission on DSD+ that showed encryption.

Adding radios that can fully use both TDMA and the FirstNET integration.

I usually leave my DSDPlus FL running while I’m at work and I came home yesterday to find a boat load of TG 12785 (ft Wayne police) logged at different times through the day into the evening. Never seen them come up on the site I monitor, which is Delaware county. Not sure if they just were passing nearby the Delaware county tower ( like traveling down I69) or maybe doing some training nearby.

What were the RIDs?
