I texted archive recordings and it just won’t play

I have a report of archives not playing.
She said I texted archive recordings and it just won’t play.
I checked the archives and they play fine

I replied to her but she didn't reply.
What does she mean when she says I texted archive recordings?

One thought is someone might have texted her a link to the archive recording, however, even with a link, if the person isn't a paying Premium subscriber they will not have access to the recordings.
