Nice thought but unfortunately, there are those occasions where we forget to search the archives for similar issues. (I’m also guilty of this but in our defense, we usually “google it”, pose our question hoping a solution is there and instead we find way too much information that leads us down that rabbit hole.) And we get frustrated. Why didn’t I think of weather priority? when pondering your issue. I did think of the other priority settings but forgot all about the weather!
Every once in a while I will take one of the many issues people get stuck on and try to reason through it. I try this or that and if it doesn’t fix it I figure I must have overlooked something. So I go back to square one and see if I can catch what I missed. Usually I end up having to ask someone else. It’s like proof-reading my own composition… I can’t but you can. Someone else needs to do it because it seems our brains have a disconnect between what we THINK we read and what we actually wrote! I’ve read posts that answer my questions perfectly and I still miss it! (But, I have learned to walk away, give it a day and revisit the issue. That works most of the time. If it’s a timely issue, where you need the answer right away, not so much.)
