New to this whole SDR thing, bought something off of ebay called a Skyfall SDR. It has 2 of the newer (v3's), not newest RTL's in it supposedly. I can pick up the hum and noise of the control channel. Stumped on how to do the decode, looking to see if anyone knows how to finish setting up Sharp and DSD+Fastlane. If your local I will buy ya a 6-pack of whatever flavor you prefer of beer. If not local, help me figure this out and I will do what I can to make it worth your time. (Im Jim Wells County of Texas, live in Alice.)

- Thanks in advance,

My generic explanation:

DSD Fastlane (FL) natively uses either of the FMPx's respecting which FMPx executable for specific sdr (FMP24 for rtl-sdr). Virtual audio is not necessary. Built in linking between FMPx and DSDPlus FL reduces latency for a more seamless decodes. That's why we don't recommend third party stuff like chaining SDR# to virtual audio to DSDPlus FL. DSDPlus FL will control FMPx telling it which frequency it wants as it decodes control channel as well as decode digital voice. It's a master multitasker. :)
