I must be getting #6 wrong, because. I followed the directions, at the link. Still the same.

Just to clarify, you opened your image in Windows Paint, resized it to 480 x 320, Save As -> bmp picture and named it opening.bmp (all lower case) to the \BCDx36HP folder? (On my computer the full path would be E:\BCDx436HP)
