I really am starting to think that the 17400-17406 T.G.s are the Red Cross. Most of the comms are logistics related and are talking about whse or storage lacations for goods and supplies that are in locations where the Red Cross has locations in the state.
That explains why I haven't heard or seen them up here. I believe the north location is Shreveport.

My log shows four radios that were heard on the Plain Dealing tower on 13077 on 8/13/21 around 17:45. (117853, 117855, 117860, and 186389). The talkgroups near 13077 like 13081 and 13085 are Oschner Hospital tg's. I'd guess 13077 might be too. I have not logged any of the other Oschner tg's on the Plain Dealing tower.
I think that 13542 and 13543 might be City of Bossier talkgroups that have something to do with security or maintenance at the Centurytel/Brookshire Arena. I have hits on about 25 different radio ids on those talkgroups dating back to 2018, with the most recent traffic on 5 different radios on 8/4/21 all at about 9 a.m. I used to hear traffic on those radios when I lived in Bossier.

I have heard a new tg on LWIN. It is 52015. It appears to be Madison Parish Fire. Anybody else hear this?
I haven't logged anything close to 19592 at home or in my travels (north LA only).
13077-13085 (at least) are Oschner LSU Health for sure. New ones are popping up with their increase in opening of offices and clinics and what not. 13077 has popped up here (Monroe and Bastrop) by normal radio users of the Monroe Hospital. I'm in the process of dealing with the few that are here. Monroe has at least 2 maybe 3 that aren't 100% identified yet.
I didn't log 13543, but I did get grants and joins on 13541 and 13542. The radio id's that used these talkgroups, also had grants on BPSO channels.

13077 was referred to as Channel 1 and it wasn't security, its inter-hospital transport
They're growing. I can't even keep up with how many facilities they have now. Talkgroups will grow too I'm sure.
Has anybody heard about an officer being shot North of Delhi in a town called Pioneer? I heard traffic from West Carrol earlier that indicated one may have been shot near there.
Who was the Officer or Deputy ?
