What you dont see is "Macon-Bibb City services". but thats is a great point of noticing. I have a friend (that has a friend) who says he can probably get the frequencies for me. But that might be today or next month,I dont know when.

The Macon-Bibb City Services frequencies came from the Pro96Com files that were sent to me. They also match the old analog system so I'm pretty sure they're correct. You should probably check your programming and make sure you're using ID Search instead of ID Scann

Sorry but they're not mine to share. One of the participants on this thread made them available to me so I could get the database fixed.

Hopefully he'll see this thread and reply.

Hi guys,
Yeah mjbjr - I'll send you a PSREdit file tomorrow like I did before. Like Mike said though, the database should now be right so I don't think its the wrong frequencies... Oh, I think I see what the problem is mjbjr - it looks like in that screenshot that you added the new talkgroup IDs under the city services system, but they did need to go under the "Central Georgia Interoperable Regional Radio System" instead. The city services system is the old one they were on before, the Central Georgia Regional one is new Harris system.

This is what i see under "Central Georgia Interoperable Regional Radio System" . If I add the 1st pic alone, the scanner says nothing enabled. Now the second pic,The FD,I can pick it up clear but of course I need the SO.I dont see anything that says PD or SO

For the Central Georgia system, go here: http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=7748

For the Macon-Bibb City Services system, go here: http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=7928

Once you're at the right system, look for the grey tab just above the blue system name labelled "Submit"

Click on that and you'll be sent to the submission page for that system. Enter your confirmed data there and it will be placed into the queue for a DB Admin to work.

Once it's worked by a DB Admin, it will be there for everyone to use.

Ok mjbjr - here's a PSREdit file you should be able to load on your scanner and start getting SO traffic. You'll need to unzip the file first, open the .bin file in PSREdit, and upload to your scanner. Give it a try and see if it works.

@MikeOxlong - I think we're still working on getting to a place where we can confirm and submit.

-Charles

That worked..weird,I dont see any of this on my end in PsrEdit. Must be a harris thing but dispatch is real scratchy when talking, but the deputies are clear.

No, you're not going to see that in PSREdit right now if you imported the data from RadioReference, because the talk groups are too new to be in there yet. @maw just posted them to the forum here yesterday, and we've added them manually to what was pulled in automatically through RR so we could get you up and running and test them out.

At some point someone should verify his results and submit the new info for inclusion to the database, hopefully along with the names for the talkgroups. So far it just sounds like we only know 104 is NCIC. I'm guessing 100 is dispatch, but I'm just guessing.

Just FYI, on the old system, TG 104 / 3609 is regular PD communications, I have not heart anything pertaining to NCIC, GCIC or running anyone or anything on that TG.

Also, has it been confirmed they are running Phase 2 TDMA on the new system? I see a note in RR stating there may be TG's with Phase 2 TDMA.

Thank you

Your scanner will work fine on the Phase 2 system however if any of the users start using Phase 2, you won't be able to listen to them.
Make sure your scanner is in ID Search mode since not many talkgroups are known yet. Also make sure you have updated the database.
