Been hearing more than usual full encrypted activity on TG 13596 from Washington County FIRST sites. I'm guessing it is most likely going to be part of Washington County law enforcement or HPD? I will try to keep an eye on the unit numbers to better isolate it. Any insights?
(Unfortunately I am unable to receive the county TRS here, so I can't match up the radio activity on both systems at the same time.)
What FIRST site? Mt Airy?

I'm thinking that 8335,8336, and 8337 are MTA bus supervisors, perhaps organized by region?

I looked back in my mobile UT2, and see two TGs: 13596 and 13600 that are *probably* crosslinks of WashCo Sheriff, and HPD respectively. They were fairly active when I was out there apparently. My data file link to their Unit IDs is broken however, so I see no UIDs for subscribers. TG 13596 is directly adjacent to WashCo Fire crosslink TG 13595, so I'm guessing that's the Sheriff, but since 13600 is already ID'ed as the Sheriff, it's prob another police force.

The Washington County system is using 453.2375 as the Control Channel (this is used to be an alternate CC) instead of 460.2125 which is listed as the CC in the RR DB.

Heard Radio Maintenance on the MSP 7373 talkgroup talking about testing in Garrett County. It came from the RID 2126060. He said the dispatcher might hear audible warnings go off on their console for about 30 seconds.

On a side note, I still haven't seen/heard any of the new Fire/EMS radios yet.

I have an installation working for the AA site. I can attach some files, or email them to you if you message me your email addy.

What site do you want to monitor? Probably AA if you live in SP.

What SDR dongles are you using?

Looking to monitor AA site. I'm using an RTL 2832u dongle
I sent my email address.
Brand? - is it TCXO? The command line settings are somewhat dependent on the quality of the SDR.

Is it this one?

I'll be able to send something a little later this afternoon.

This should be in a different thread, how about starting a new post to discuss this.

This was in reference to FIRST, but no matter, it has been resolved, pedantic comments aside.

The Blooming Rose site went down today for around 20-30 minutes. Around 11:15 AM. Prior to the outage, there were two trucks from Communications Electronics at the site. Not sure if they are still there, it's snowing too hard to see.

For those who don't know, this is an SHA tower that hosts a site for the Garrett County simulcast cell. It's located adjacent to I-68 in Friendsville, roughly a mile east of the WVa border.

I’ve been bouncing around monitoring State of Delaware and FIRST when I came across 7173 on the Cecil Simulcast. I picked up UIDs of 2117426 and 2118258 which are probably MDTA. I wonder if this is another maintenance channel for snow plow operations.
